Traditional dance and singing groups from all over the world are invited to take part in the International Festival in Romans each year. It is normally held in the first/second week in July.
There are performances at various locations over 5 days with a procession through the town on Sunday morning and a concert on a large stage involving all the groups on Sunday evening in the grounds of the Museum - a former nunery. It is organised by the local French dance group Emp et Riaume.
