Meetings
Executive Meetings
The Executive Committee Meets on the first Thursday in the month at 6.15pm, normally at the Council Offices, Coalville.
Quarterly Meetings
There are also Quarterly Meetings on the first Thursday in the Quarter (February, May, August, November) which are OPEN TO ALL MEMBERS. (Please ring to confirm date).
AGM
The AGM is held in February and all members are encouraged to attend (that is - the first week following the first full week in February)
It is then normally followed by the Quarterly meeting
